Question: I'm about to do my first show at a hookah lounge and I have to have 3 different costumes. One is a Saidi dress, another is a bra/belt/skirt set, do you think it would be ok to wear a coin belt for the third? In other words is a coin belt a no-no for public performance?
AnonymousI think wearing a coin belt as part of your costume would be just fine. The only thing that matters when you are on stage is that you feel comfortable and confident in what you are wearing. Though if it was something you practice in a lot and coins are starting to fall off, then maybe i’d use a different one. But other then that, if it looks good, then wear it. :)
